Welcome to our new dance season! To accommodate the unique budgeting needs of our dance families, we proudly offer two comprehensive payment options. Please review the choices below.

| Required Event Fees: • Costume Fee: $85 per class • Recital Fee: $50 per family | Please Note: We cannot discount a sibling's first class under this option due to the exact upfront itemized breakdown of bundled costumes, recital fees, shirts, and trophies. |

Costume Inclusions (Applies to BOTH Options): Every single costume comes completely outfitted with the premium costume, tights, a protective garment bag, and all necessary accessories or props.
Payment Policies & Guidelines
- Autopay Enrollment: For your total convenience, we provide seamless automated billing. You may sign up for autopay and your designated account will be securely drafted at the beginning of each month for tuition installments.
- Full-Year Discount: Families who choose to pay for the entire dance year in full upfront will receive a 10% discount on their total tuition pricing.
- Accepted Methods: We gladly accept payments via cash, personal check, or online through our secure parent portal.
- Late Fee Assessment: Any monthly payment not received by the 6th of the calendar month will automatically receive a 10% late fee added to the balance.
- Past Due Accounts: If an account reaches 30 days past due, dancers may be paused from participating in classes until the outstanding balance is settled.
- Refunds & Transfers: Tuition secures your dancer's dedicated spot in class; therefore, there are absolutely no refunds or transfers allowed for missed classes.
- Withdrawal Policy: Formally withdrawing from classes and stopping future automatic payment schedules strictly requires written communication with a minimum of two weeks' notice.
